I kept happening to see this brand on TikTok and wanted to order something. No holidays anytime soon for me unfortunately but my mother in law has a couple coming up. As part of her birthday present I wanted to buy her a funky xl beach towel and the tangle teazer set. Placed order, had discount code for first time buyer, all good - nice and easy! The next day I got an email from Vincent. Unfortunately my towel was now out of stock. He invited me to choose another one. This was fine but with Bank Holiday coming up I was worried I wouldn't get it in time. I asked if the towel I chose was ok as it was slightly more expensive, he said that was absolutely fine. My order was amended - they bumped up my 48hr delivery to 24hr and I got the treats in time! The CS agents were super friendly, nice informal style but were totally on the ball. Would 100% recommend and use again. Thanks!

Originally ordered a personalised gym towel for my partner for her birthday. Item was meant to arrive in a timely manner however at the last moment before delivery to my address was shipped back to the warehouse for being damaged. Another one was resent out which still hasn’t arrived despite tracking information saying it was going to be delivered 14th April. Contacted and still not received a response, not very happy with the service and won’t be using again. I originally placed the order on April 5th and 17 days later I am still waiting for a well overdue present..

I’ve given five stars for two reasons, one the product is fantastic and exactly as described and secondly for brilliant customer service.

I originally purchased one towel as an experiment, my wife loved it and due to this I purchased two more extra large striped ones. These towels are ideal for life on a boat compact and dry easily. They do feel a little strange when you first use them compared to a traditional towel, however you don’t get that damp feeling on your body afterwards like a traditional towel.

I had an issue with using a student discount facility, the customer service sorted the issue by refunding discount once ordered.

I've used these beach towels before and love them as they store easily, dry quickly and dry your body quickly too.
My other point is that if you ever have any problems customer service is spot on! Very efficient and fast.. Thank you!

I had a little trouble with a specific discount code working but that was very quickly and professionally resolved in no time! Just wanted to say a big thank you as dealing with them has been a pleasure and i’ll definitely be a returning customer given their nature and what they stand for!

I love this towel! I always bring it with me when I am traveling. It is great for a beach trip, hotel stays, trips to the pool, or anywhere! I use it at the beach as a beach blanket/towel, on planes as a blanket, at hotels as a replacement for scratchy hotel towels, and it's perfect for trips back and forth to the hotel pool. It is quick drying, so I just lay it spread out over the shower bar and I can pack it the next day to travel. It doesn't take much room and will enhance every trip that you take! I lost one of them, (I honestly think my roommate stole it-she kept complimenting it) and I had to take a trip without it while waiting for my new one and I missed it terribly!

Had to contact customer services due to a slight issue with my order. They were very helpful and extremely friendly to deal with.
I ordered an XL beach towel and matching hair wrap, which I have used over 1 weekend away so far. Both are good quality and very soft. The hair wrap worked really well, I use a normal towelling one for every day use and found this to be just as good.

I have a hair wrap that I bought elsewhere, and just assumed that hair wraps are all much of a muchness, so I got a couple from Dock and Bay. They’re just not very good and don’t work. When I take the wrap off, my hair’s still dripping wet. They just don’t work. Not able to absorb/retain enough water.

Ordered a couple of towels and a hair wrap. There was a bit of a glitch with miscommunication from the carrier which resulted in non delivery on the date given. Contacted Dock and Bay customer care, received a very speedy response and the delivery problem was resolved swiftly and efficiently by Pippy who kept me fully up to date along the way. Thank you Pippy! Very pleased with the the hair wrap and Cabana Striped Towels - the colours look great on the website but are even nicer in reality!

Ordered a beach towel and gym cooling towel. Really impressed with both. Would definitely recommend!

Updating my earlier 3 star review; Ordered a bath towel and matching head turban. Quality issue with bath towel speedily and helpfully rectified to my complete satisfaction. Recommend.

Excellent service. Ordered two extra large beach towels Sunday & they arrived today (Wednesday), super quick. They are beautiful, so colourful & feel so lovely & soft. Just need a holiday to go on now so I can use them.

Very happy with the products (towels and hair wraps) I ordered. They are beautiful and functional. But I was most impressed with the customer service. In addition to an order for me which arrived in a few days, I ordered a gift for someone in the Netherlands. I could see from the DPD tracking that it got stuck at customs and sent back to the UK. Once I had flagged it up to the customer service team, they were super responsive and helpful. They helped me reorder a new towel, for the original discounted price even though it was a more expensive one (as the one I originally ordered was no longer in stock) and reimbursed me for the unforeseen customs charge. It could have been a disappointing experience given the delay in arrival but they managed to turn it around completely due to excellent, personal service and communication. Plus they really do make lovely gifts the way they are packaged. Will definitely be ordering again. Just to be safe, next time I need something shipped to NL I will follow their recommendation and go it from the European warehouse.

Made an order and after a week of waiting for it to show up they cancelled my order. Wont be re-ordering.
